Path to purchase

Buying a yacht can be a daunting and stressful experience, there are dozens of factors that need to be taken into account in order to effectively negotiate the purchase and closing process.

FINDING THE RIGHT SUPER YACHT

We begin by working with you to determine exactly what type of yacht you’re interested in. The first and most important thing is to determine all of your unique yacht requirements, to help us find the perfect match.

NARROWING THE YACHT SEACH

Constant interaction with all levels of the yachting industry ensures we have the most up to date information on all yachts available for purchase. We’ve also developed a unique database which enables us to keep a detailed archive of all of the large yachts in the world. We can cherry-pick owners to approach, even if their yacht is not necessarily on the open market.

Step 3

HANDLING OFFER & PURCHASE

Once we’ve found the vessel that fits your needs and a successful agreement has been reached, we assist in arranging sea trials and surveys. We handle the myriad aspects of the negotiation phase and closing process of the project. Our sales brokers work closely with our yacht management, legal and construction teams, allowing them to call on the top technical and legal experts in the industry throughout the survey and purchase process.

AFTER THE PURCHASE

We will continue to add value to the process, remaining by your side long after the ink on the contract has dried. We’re focused on providing yacht owners with services that simplify the details associated with yacht ownership, and offer yacht management, charter marketing and crew placement services.
